51 is cold? I guess its a matter of opinion. It's about 30 here. We had snow overnight but not what we heard we were getting. Those things have a way of not living up to hype though.

The weather here has briefly turned warm for yesterday, today, and probably tomorrow. A lot of people are celebrating the reprieve from the cold, but I'm not letting it fool me. Every winter we seem to get a small period of days where it warms up and feels like spring, and then we get smacked with bone chilling cold or a moderate snow storm. Mom calls it the flu days. Everyone seems to fall sick after these small series of warm winter days. As an update in response to my previous post, which I've quoted above. 1. The temperature for tonight and tomorrow has plummeted back down in the 20's. 2. They are calling for roughly 4 inches of snow tonight. 3. My girlfriend's entire family is sick with the flu. A good friend of mine has a temperature of 101. I feel like crap, and just loaded up on vitamin C, Centrum, and Echinacea in hope of beating whatever this is before it takes hold. Now all the girls on Facebook are screaming about the renewed vigor of old man winter, the disruption of their brief foray into spring, their ruined beach plans, blah blah blah. In response to all that: Special News BulletinThere's still a month of winter! Lol

I guess you're right. I just like the idea of an early spring. And it doesn't seem to matter if the groundhog sees his shadow or not. lol
Its gloomy and threatening to snow now.

Last week the temperatures were in the 50s and 60s, then on Monday we got hit with 4 inches of snow and the temps went into the 30s range. I'm ready for winter to be over.

We got a lot of snow over night. I got home this morning put the plow on my truck and cleared our driveway my mother's and my wife's parents too.
Its slippery but since it has been on the warm side this week it pushes fast with the plow. I would rather have gone to sleep for a while though.

We are having rain again. The last 2 weeks have been absurd. Friday and Saturday we got a little break and last night and today its right back at it. I'm so aggravated with weather this spring.
