Glitch, don't mind werwoof. He has an enormous stick up his ass, and he wants everyone to know it.
On forums, we call people like that n00bs, and we ignore them.

I don't care about age. I care about respect and courtesy.
And stop blaming ME for all the acrimomy on some of these threads. It comes directly from immature loudmouths who have signatures that take up half the page, use foul language (specifically disallowed), insult people who disagree with them (also not allowed), and act like they have more right to talk than anyone else. Future libtards of America.
I just came in here to say "hi" to some old friends, only to be reminded that there is always a small group of people who want to wreck anything good. Too bad. It could have been a good website.

Hate? Thats a little strong. But liberal politics are against what I believe in.
Things liberals support that I cant: abortion = kills babies. (that says enough right there) Higher taxes to hold the tax payers' money (if its our money they dont need to hold it for us and pay no interest to us at all? then give it back.
The liberal viewpoint would be for the President (although currently Bush they mean whoever is in office) to get a United Nations opinion before actions of world affairs.
Again if you do that the President is not the leader anymore but someone who takes a back seat to another organization. If youre going to hold the highest position of world power then you have to be a leader. Not take a poll and then take a stand.
There are plenty of conservatives who make mistakes too dont misunderstand me but liberals generally try to embrace off the wall things and try to get everybody to see it as they do. Conservatives tend to see tradition as something that works and play their strengths.

Yeah, same reason I came here, to say HI to my friends of the defunct F.com joint! as long as you are not actually breaking any rules, say what you will...always know that I WILL respect you and your opinion. So...as long as we're here, lets just post, have a good time as much as possible, and go deaf to the rest of 'em! ;D

I realize that I can be harsh, at times, but the reason is so simple.
If there is someone who's saying something that is totally off the wall stupid. I feel like I have to re-educate them.
A fire is a fire. It's going to burn you.
A liberal, on the other hand, will say that we have to 'understand' the fire.
How the hell do you understand fire? It burns.
Any which way. I will leave politics alone, for the most part and let the kids have their faux-pas deseases.

Maybe you should try to have a conversation with a person with different veiws insted of trying to "re-educate them".

Actually most eggs don't have a chick embryo in them. I have had ones with chicks in them, and they are a lot different than common grocery ones. The main difference from abortion and eating eggs is that when you eat an egg, you do something slightly productive with it. When you kill babies, you never manage to gain something from it.

Where are we? This was not the thread direction I envisioned from reading the title. Posts/respect - It's not even that. You won't get respect if you post agressively like some of us, and I include myself. Like Peon once said, I could go "the Blastgirl route" and be lovey-dovey when I say things, but that's not how I am. I am an opinionated person, 17 years of age. And when my generation clashes with the 30 - 50 somethings, things are apt to get a bit hot. And I'm just going to come out and say it - I don't respect anyone on this website in the 30 - 50 age group. I can still be friendly with you, but you're just not my kind of people. I want to talk to people who can joke about surprise buttsecks and Chris Benoit. What was this website even originally for? It was because the sodarace forums kinda sucked and lewa decided to do something about it. I wish I could've been around when lewasite started up because I would have enjoyed it then far more than I do now (Of course, I would have been about 13). Then somehow, the entire Blast family came in and changed the mood. Why? Where did they come from? I have the perfect analogy too. In the movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Nurse represents the boomers and Jack Nicolson's character represents my generation. If you saw the movie, you know what happens to the Nurse and eventually McMurphy. That's probably what's going to happen to us. Back to the topic at hand - posts/respect - Yes when using a highly trafficed website (Teh Vestibule) no when using an indepentant forum (lewasite) age/respect - It's just not happening and I don't know why we even try. I can just tell how old a user is by the way they post and it differs my opinion of them. yellowunicorn.proboards83.com/Join that website if you can't handle the lameness of lewasite any longer. We're looking for a few good members. Sorry if I offended anyone, but it's how I really feel.

well, this is kind of off topic.... but.... would you like threads or no threads?
lol anyway, I think everyone (including me) should take a dose of light heartedness. In real life I'm the most light hearted guy you'll meet. I don't think I ever stop smiling.....thats random, sorry.
stunts: I don't particularly mind other forums, but I'm not going to up and leave here. especially just when I have gotten inside the tent. It's not worth starting out again where nobody knows you or likes you.
