Ok so I just watched the MGS4 trailer. . . uh . . ok. I would never doubt for a moment that this isn't just a trick Kojima is pulling. I don't really think he would put Raiden as the main character. . . but. . that also means that maybe you only play as him for a certain time period of the game. Or something. Kojima is good at this.

This game is gonna be horrible.

I've already sat and watched the hour long movie that was on Google-Video with no breaks. That's unusual for me to do, especially when there's a pause button within click's reach.

I could easily put 12 hours on this game in one day if it's anything like it looks. I'm injecting the CDs into my veins.

No need to worry, bro_c, Snake is going to be solo this time around. Apparently this will be the last entry into the series, so a lot of questions I have, along with Liquid's arm = Ocelot's body and FOXDIE, will be answered. Raiden will be taking the place of the Cyborg Ninja that's been in both MGS1 and 2. And since it will have online play, the story mode won't have to be the only thing keeping us interested. I'm already playing Metal Gear Online an average of 3 hours of day - I wonder what PS3 enabled online will be like *crys in pants*.

Let's compile a list of all the known plugins that will eventually be available for the Nintendo Wii.

First of all, here is the Wiimote:

The new wireless controller looks quite simple in an age where most controllers, including those found on the Nintendo GameCube, have multiple analog sticks, a D pad, and eight buttons or more.

...To non-gamers, modern game controllers seem overly complex and pose quite a hurdle in their attempts to play a game. Nintendo's motion-sensing controller should make movement in games more natural, as waving your arms about is about as intuitive as it gets.

Now, the classic controller:

The "classic" file name suggests that the controller will be used for classic Nintendo games that use a traditional gamepad interface.
The controller is reminiscent of a Super Nintendo gamepad with its oval shape, D pad, and x, y, a, and b buttons set in a familiar diamond formation. The controller also features what appear to be four buttons along the top of the controller. The classic controller face also has two analog sticks, which are necessary to maintain GameCube compatibility.

The "Nunchuck":

At the moment, the main controller feels about as heavy as a Nintendo DS. The nunchaku weighs about as much as a cell phone. Holding both units in either hand feels fine, and the buttons are easy to reach.

The Lightgun:

Dubbed "The Zapper," the new addition to the Wii family is a casing that houses the Wii-mote and the analog joystick in a configuration that looks like a gun.
The purpose seems simple--instead of holding both attachments in one hand (the analog joystick controls movement and the Wii-mote controls aim), one hand can control both.
