oh wow beangirl at kmart we don't even get bonuses. I got 18 hours for the week. I have to save money for a bus trip to philly in august. however I talked to my co-worker and said everyone had their hours cut because of all the new people they hired. but we should get our hours soon. I think it's pretty funny they hire all these new people now but christmas time at our busiest we had no help. I think I should give up my job for walmart. it sounds much better then where I am at. The bonus are something Mr. Sam started . He said "Treat your fellow associates as family and share with them your profit." Our bonus depends on how our store does in sales, inventory and customer service. This quarter we got our full share or "Supermax." We have always got low scores for customer service.  We finally got a good score on that this time. ;D |

i think that's really nice walmart gives you a bonus. you hard working employee's deserve it. in retail you have to put up with so much like rude custermers who will yell at you. people who don't show up so you have to stay for a double shift. it's nice when they thank you by doing nice things like that
