I never smoked and never saw it's value but I don't judge people that do.

I'm aging just about by the minute. I really hate overnight shift and it gets worse as I get older. Much of the job is outside too. I'm going to propose a law that nobody over 30 who works for a union operation has to work past 11pm. Think that will fly?

I think a topic about Stupid Laws has taken a strange twist. I don't think anyone said that smoking was good for you but the point moved to there are all kinds of dangers in everyday events.
Being that my Husband is a baseball player I never really thought about the dangers of being hit with a ball in the audience. But spectators do get hurt once in a while. What really got my attention was when that little girl in Columbus got hit with a puck watching a hockey game and got killed. That was so sad.
