The best thing to do is ignore some of those posts.

This one finally sank Jupiter's ship. I simply cannot allow these kind of posts in the forum. www.farts.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=261Bye bye to the troll. I still hate banning people but here it became necessary.

At first I thought his post was a response from a previous page. Then I realized that was the OP!
Why?
Who raised this child? The parents need to be slapped in the face.

Trolls only hurt the forum. Some people argue bringing upon an uneasy mood, other people just decide to stay away because of the trolls and then the discussion doesn't make its proper progress.

The biggest problem is the Boards were down for over a year and a half and it's hard to re spark it quickly. It can be that fun again but it could take a while to get the people back or new people that would make it just as much fun.
For me, I can't spend as much time on any board with the length of time I had before. During the Baseball Season when Classic would be away much of the time I would be on just about anytime we weren't at the Stadium but, now I have two little boys and to compound things Classic no longer plays for our local team so there's travel involved. That makes it harder for me to follow all the sites. I still follow them but it's harder than it was before and I can't reply to virtually every Topic like I did four or five years ago.
Kim's life has gotten a little more complicated as well. She now has fulltime employment when she didn't before. She also has said and I feel this was too that after about five years of stories destroyed it's hard to muster the energy to rebuilt all of them. But we're both still participating. Just not as visibly as before.

By "lifting your own weight" I mean - Can you lift 250lbs up and over your head, as I'm sure that you are 250lbs of solid, American muscle.
Can you squat thrust a bus, yet?!

Can you squat thrust a bus, yet?! \ Well, considering I'm actually 300 pounds of American muscle, before this whole fiasco with my knee I could squat nearly 400 pounds, but no busses. But I know I definitely couldn't hold that much over my head, at least at this point anyway. I was finally back lifting weights yesterday. I took the brace off and no longer use it for my daily walking. Now I only wear it when I'm lifting. I started hard by bench pressing 225 pounds ten times as fast as possible, with 200 pounds for eight reps after. That's very weak for me, so I've quite a road ahead. I've also begun light leg press, 4 way hip, and calf raises to begin exercising my lower body again. AS can be expected, I'm quite sore today. But it's a necessary element. As far as farts.com and the level of fun, I'm trying my best as a mod to make it fun for the members, such as the promotion of turdburglars fart art topic and the banning of Jupiter. I think once we have more active members back in the mix things will pick up again.

NO! Unless its a Matchbox or Fisher Price Bus. ;D
We have a funny weightbar story here though.
This was about five years ago Classic usually chains his weight bar to the wall in the Basement so it doesn't roll. Well I don't know if he forgot one time or if he just didn't bother but it wasn't chained.
There's a cupboard above it so I stood on it to get something out of it and I must have jarred the bar just enough that it rolled I fell on my butt and the bar rolled over my feet up to my knees and I couldn't get out. I can't lift his Weight bar and I was pinned for a long time until I finally rolled it forward enough to slide out from under it.
I called Classic I was so mad and he laughed at me. Nice huh?

Hheh....
It wasn't his 5lb weight, was it? ;D
Anything less than 350lbs I would guess you could lift with one hand, BG! I expect no less from you!!
I have a 25lb one hand weight next to my computer chair that I lift whenever Barack is on TV.
Needless to say, I do about 3,500 reps a night.....
Per arm.

I'm liking you twice over by the second, Jersey! Yes, I'm 300 pounds. I have a bunch of body fat but it's pretty much cancelled out by muscle mass. And I'm 6' 5". And I would LOVE to see the world crap itself. Maybe I should follow in your footsteps and become president in 2024. (That's when I'll be 35.) Someone big and imposng like me would certainly send a message in front of congress.
