The thing is it's a whole restart of that is what is going to happen.
The forum would have been suspended for 2 months and people scatter in that amount of time they're not realistic if they think in a week or 2 its right back where it was.

The domain probably costs a lot of money to maintain and unless you get a lot of sponsors there's no revenue to uphold it as Members were never charged to join.

Ya! There are a lot of crappy sites on the internet, but farts.com is the only interactive humor site that I know of, and people have a lot of fun in there. It's nice to have a good laugh after a rough day.

I've sent Sean @ farts.com an email to see what plans he has for the domain... Hopefully he will just restore everything back how it was....

Is there a chance that the data base of stories can be saved from farts.com and setup somewhere else?

I started visiting and doing small stories in 1997 - would be a tradgedy if that collection was lost.

My 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 35000 series was less than $35,000 and that's with a 8100 V8 engine, an Allison Automatic transmission, shift on the fly 4 wheel drive, air conditioning and cruise control.

I'm being a little bit silly but that's just too much money for a web domain any way you slice it.

Here's an idea: farts.net Or just any other website if anyone has the tech skills to put a forum there. A new website all our own would be preferable to sticking around here because we're clearly not universally welcomed here...
