I found this program called "P-Robots" (Pascal-Robots) and I think it's pretty fun. What you do is you use a Pascal like language and program a robot to fight other robots. For example, you might tell it to scan for enemies, and if it finds one shoot at it, and if for some reason it goes out of radar (it moved or you destroyed it) then to go on scanning. And if you are being shot at, you could program it to move somewhere else. I've also seen variations of this game for C, Java, and Python. edit: lol... need to post a link to where you can read about it... edit2: Here is a Windows version of the P-Robots one. The one I had was for DOS, but oh well... edit3: Also I noticed this is a bit different, for example it says the robots can "reproduce" and as you can see in the screenshot it has many squares of the same color, but in the DOS version I had there is only one of each.

Is it like Battlebots they use to have on TV? I remember that and it was kind of interesting. Maybe it's not like that but that was the impression I had when you posted this. ;D

does inslaving the weak minded count as a robot? yah, as for the program, its kinda like a game I have called Mindrover. All of like 6 people have it ( I was a beta-tester, woot) Mindrover was much more visual programming game, but its the same idea.

Pwnzorz I've been using this robot all year in my tech class. It has a claw that can clamp and release.

does inslaving the weak minded count as a robot? I would say so. People that have no ideas of their own are sometimes refered to as robots.
