Fox Told To Get Booked, Or Face Arrest
A judge has warned actress Vivica A. Fox to get herself booked at a police station by December 11 or a warrant will be issued for her arrest. The Independence Day star was arrested in March after she was allegedly caught driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) on a Los Angeles freeway. According to police, the 43-year-old was traveling at around 80 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone. Fox, who denies two misdemeanor charges of drunk-driving, didn't attend her DUI hearing in Los Angeles on Monday - but a judge told her lawyer to make sure the actress has her fingerprints and mugshot taken before December 11. Should Fox not comply, then a bench warrant will be issued for her arrest, reports Tmz.com.
For several years I've made arguements that police arrest and book people, even if they're let go, just so the government can get everyone's fingerprints and mugshots.

Why would Vivica 'have' to be booked? Everyone knows her. She's a public figure. It's not like she can run.
Also, you'll note: The judge didn't say anything about spending a night in jail (which she should've at her arrest in March - and proceduraly fingerprinted and photographed), which she probably won't have to do, anyway. What with the current 'Star Immunity' going on.
They only want her to go in so they can get her prints and photos.
