I think the concept is a good thing but I think they have gone too far the other way form their original purpose though.

I did a blog about that once. Rather than type this is how I feel. youtube.com/watch?v=BqjeinTunLwI still believe unions have a place but that's getting so they support people for elective jobs because they are of a party and have little thought into the person's stance on other issues. Just vote Democrat for the most part is the unions solution. I guess that's why the union never elects me to a position. You need to have unions but they really need to play a smaller part in the job incidentals. I think that so much of the need for a union has reduced that as a result the union gets involved where it never use to but they have less to do now. |
