It's good that his case was reviewed and he was innocent. DNA has really helped convict many dangerous criminals and release ones that are not.

Yeah it would be awful to be imprisoned that long as the wrong person..
I Guess the courts will not have to be as dependent upon circumstantial evidence. And if cases can go back as far as that, it's encouraging that there won't be as many mistakes in the future.

There's some other people in the news who in the Weekend reports that supposedly served prison terms for crimes they were falsely accused of.
There was a time when there wasn't much recourse at all but now with DNA and a handful of examples, it looks like those people's cases can be heard at least.
