That's going to happen because when you're at the top others will wish you be knocked off. The best thing to do is ignore people that attempt to make a mockery of American culture.
I have known numerous people who wish they could get here to stay. Some of the guys who don't end up playing for a ball team are willing to shover horse sh*t because even that's better to them than where they would be sent back to.
