I'm serious here! Some scientists have managed to teleport a few trillion atoms about a foot and a half! This isn't anywhere near the scale of teleporting from sci-fi fiction, but it's still incredible. They used some kind of quantum mechanics for it... SCALE: 3-4 trillion atoms 3,000,000,000,000 atoms in the human body? 7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 from Boston to Moscow in feet? 23,232,000 total scale factor: 1/46,464,000,000,000,000,000,000 of teleporting a human from boston to moscow that's one 46-sectillionth of the way. That's very interesting. It makes the thoughts of Star Trek and some other space shows not seem as far fetched as they might have seemed at one point.

It would be neat to see space travel as a way of everyday travel in our lifetime. Who knows
