Two guys have been arrested in Arizona after a 15 month search for serial killers. They are believed to be responsible for 6 deaths, 17 injuries and 11 rape cases.
There have been 200 investigations that have led to the finding of these 2 guys.
A Dale Hausner age 33 and Sam Dieteman age 31 are the suspects.
If there was a serial killer at large in your local region would you go about life as usual or be scared to come out?

Depends on the way in which the murders happened, and to whom they were commited. It's all a matter of finding out the targets and the method of striking. Knowing those, you can easily create a plan (if one is even enccesary at all) to not remain a target. Although that is a method for the more paranoid people.

Sometimes they don't have a pattern they just kill random. That was the case with the BELTWAY SLAYINGS they shot people at gas stations, lumber stores and malls. The only pattern was all their places of target were off Interstate 495(The Capitol Beltway) or I95 which the beltway ends into.
The people that were targeted were not of a similar type. And these two were a good shot only about three of fifteen victoms lived.
I can't imagine what void they are fullfilling by shooting someone that they don't even know.

I agree about the hatred but would it be worth it?
I would if nothing else figure I wouldn't want to be locked up for the rest of my life over someone else. Maybe that's just me. I forgot about sars, what were people's attitued in Canada at that time Hatson?

I guess the British foiled a terror plan today.
That's going to make air security even higher.
They're going to make it so you can't have any liquid in your carry in baggage at all. No mouthwash, hand sanitizer, deoderant spray nothing.

Thats the problem once somebody does something using it to do harm drastic measures have to be taken.
Now they cant let you have mouth wash on the plane because its possible to make a bomb with it.
Most of the times when they trace serial killers there is a pattern to who they kill. The Beltway snipers may have been a different situation but most of the time the killers target specific kinds of people to kill.
Sometimes its racial or occupationally orianted. Sometimes its women who left their husbands and the connection is the killers wife left him.

I don't wish to seem like a devil's advocate but there's always the wrong place at the wrong time thing.
Like if you see something you're not suppose to you could be the targeted for that. Just being there at the wrong time.
I don't know how I would feel if there was a seriel killing ring in this area. Bradford Pa doesn't have anything like that.
I'm teasing it could happen anywhere. I have to think I'd be worried. I have a wife 2 sons and another kid on the way there's no way I could avoid being concerned.
