A guy found some bonds in the trash. He was a homeless man who has lost his job and moved to another city. He found the bonds worth over $21,000. He returned them. His reward was $100.
I personally think that was a little light. I realize the owners didn't have to give him a reward at all. But by that morality he didn't have to return them either.
I think $2,000. That's 10%.
Some people think he should have been given half if not all but I think that's extreme too.
I think 10%. What do you think?

I agree Phil. That's kinda cold and greedy.
I hate the way the world is getting these days. For serious, if you just found 21000 you can afford to part with 2000 if somebody just found it for you.

Very honest of the homeless man though.

Very honest of the homeless man though. No doubt. Most people would have taken the money and ran. It is good to see once in a while that there's still some people like this.

I don't remember this topic. What cheap pricks. A hundred bucks is what you pay for the return of twenty grand.
I don't know how much I'd offer but that's a small reward. But what do you expect from someone who was dumb enough to misplace twenty grand?
