Classic plays for a new team. They're based in another state. We live close to a border and the other teams home field is not that far. But it happens that there are different laws about trafffic for some things. I made an "Illegal Turnaround" and got pulled over. The Officer read me the riot act, scolded me like I had never driven beofre and made me sure he was going to give me a ticket. Hd did not write me a ticket. I think he could have noticed my out of state license plate and drivers license and made his point with an explanation. I felt so sad to get screamed at.

If your husband gave a fan of the opponents tickets to the game and then homered on then twice that's extremely helarious.

Sometimes the best way to get back at somebody is to be sickeningly nice!
Seriously. It works. Trust me. It makes them madder than if you yelled at them/beat them up.

Yeah. Someone in my class is a complete idiot and insults me daily, so in january I walk up to him and say hi. He begins to insult me. I say "that's very interesting <name>. But I've got to go. But first.... Happy new year!" It looked like his head was about to exploude.

Ya rly.
You know, some of my best friends now used to be my bitter enemies several years ago. I just decided to start hanging around with them and when they insulted me, I laughed along with them.
Now we're really good friends.

Hah. No-one can be enemies for long with a submissive person.
Whoops! Derailed conversation.
Hey, yeah, I agreed with blastgirl's first post. It isn't nice to get punished because you didn't know the rules.

You guys made good points though. Kill them with kindness. Sometimes you get more with sugar than with viniger and whatever the old sayings are.
