George Forman named all his Sons George.
That's kind of egotistical but it might save some time.
In stead of "John, David, Jacob, Jeffrey, Daniel, Peter, time for supper."
You could just shout "George, DINNER!"

Heh, the longest name in the Bible is "Mahershalalhashbaz." I'm not kidding... Isaiah 8:1. He was one of Isaiah's sons. Poor guy. I wonder what they called him for short? Maher, Shalal, Hash, or Baz?

After doing it so often you would probably get used to it.

After doing it so often you would probably get used to it. I got use to writing my name and it has 13 letters. And as I said already nobody ever says it quite right.

Eight letters in my first (full) name, and seven in my last. I guess Im somewhere in the middle when it comes to long names.

My name is not long either, and I don't think anybody has trouble spelling it.

Wow how would you like to write that on every test? my mom actually had that problem ;D her full name was "Maryrose Scozzafava" which, when you have 8 year old handwriting, just doesn't fit on one line ;D

That's true. I have a fairly short name and it didn't always fit on a single line when I was eight years old.

Nobody ever spells my name right or even says it right so what can I do?
Phil O That's good enough.
George Foreman and naming all his sons George does have a practical use.
I could save time that way, instead of 'Eric, Jason, Names up to 5, time for dinner.' You could just yell 'George dinner time!'

My name isn't all that long. My first name is actually longer than my last (surname) : Jonnathan T. Sarro. That's Sarro. Not prounced 'sorrow' as my username. But it does sound better that way... Not a problem on security, I'm out of the states. I was in this Monday, though... Alabamians talk funny.

That's what's so great about the states. In this big land region has a diffrent accent. Being that Blastgirl and I grew up in different states we speak very different and we tease one another about that all the time.
Some terms are different too.
I sometimes refer to carbinated soft drinks as pop and nobody says that around here it's always soda.
there's some other things like that too.
