NFL season starts tonight.
I love watching football but I'll only get to see the very beginning of the game before I'm off to work.
I hope the Steelers beat Miami.

Ben Rothelsburger didn't play. Charlie Batch has always been a favorite of Classic's he never said why but maybe I'll ask him if I remember. Anyway the Steelers won. |

I still like Brett Farve the best and its the fact that his team has begun to suck he still does have it.

The Pats aren't in it so either outcome is good to me. It's pretty cool to see how Super Bowl rings have changed over the years. The company that made those made my state championship ring for football in 2002. I don't have any pictures of it. It looks almost exactly like this ring except it says 15-0 instead of USC on the red stone and it says STATE above the stone and CHAMPIONS below it instead of CAROLINA GAMECOCKS.  |

It's great that you have a state championship ring.
I figured the Colts would win because if it came to the wire Payton Manning is a better QB than Rex Grossman. Although I do think Grossman is better than the publicity he receives.

I kind of wanted the Bears but the Colts are cool too.
I tend to favor the Bears from the Mike Ditka days.
But I have dislike towards either of those teams.

Whenever the Bears lost though Ditka was nasty towards his team and the players. He would say 'were not a very good team we will be lucky to win another game.' I don't think that's much of a coach. |
