Hi guys.
I see Lewasite has had some events in my time away.
Well it's been a kind of rebuilding time for me too. My long term relationship with a team came to an end. It sort of crushed me at first but when I got through feeling sorry for myself toward the end of that weekend. I decided to put my name out there and see if there was some interest.
I received a handfull of phone calls and got 3 interviews and a tryout. The tryout led to a contract.
Ironically I spent a decade of a career rivaling the team I am now a member of but that's how sports are.
If Johnny Damon can become a New York Yankee, I can make the switch too.
I'm rather excited and I'm looking forward to a challenge. I can't lurk Lewasite and reply as much as I'd like to though. Blastgirl and I decided not to move our home because my new team is not that far away and her family is here.
So I have to get up earlier and get to the field for practivce in the monrning. The drive is over an hour but It will be worth it to make it easier for Blastgirl and not having to move. I'll just have to get to bed earlier and wake up earlier but I'll become accustomed to that.
Otherwise I hope everyone else is doing well and I plan on being around as often as possible my regular season starts at hime (for me) against my former team. It's a 4 game series beginning on April 6. I can't wait!
I'll be around as often as possible Classicblast

4 game??? that gonna be hard on you unl--NO. I'm not going to reveal the gross fact. Classic should know it anyway from being a major, don't ask him though. it's VERY gross. [/semi-off-topic] that's pretty amazing. nice to see you found a team again. did you have to move somewhere else?

Thanks Phil I plan do do just that.
Mister_nothing, we decided not to move because I can make the trip in just over an hour and that's less disruptive for me to just head off to the park earlier than to move our house. It it was any further we would be moving.
I had a chance at another team that was further away. I persued this position so we wouldn't have to move but landing a job was more important than not moving.
Viper you would love baseball it's the greatest game on earth. It has been to me anyway.
