Kind of like it.
It's generally played on a smaller rink more like a roller rink. So it's not 200 X 85 its more like 140 X 60 So it's 4 on 4 instead of 5 on 5.
But yes it's mostly like ice hockey.

How similar is rollerskating to ice skating. If you do one, can you do the other easily?

Yeah it is. lol I went to the Leafs game in Buffalo on Easter Sun but they got crushed 6-0. The Maple Leafs can't possibly make the playoffs now. A real bad year we need better goaltending.

With the Leafs out I have to stay for the Eastern Conference.
Montreal is spanking Carolina Ottawa is spanking Tampa Bay
I am glad because both them are Canadian teams
Buffalo is leading Philadelphia and I hope The Rangers beat the Devils but I don't think that will happen. But 3 of the 4 teams I wanted are ahead. not bad eh.

New Jersey Devils have already put the New York Rangers out, Carolina now leads Montreal in that series.
The Senators have already eliminated the Lightning. No chance for a back-to-back there.
And The Edminton Oilers put out the mighty Detroit Red Wings.
Update- The Hurricanes put out the Canadiens and the Sabres put out the Flyers both those games were lastnight.

Ottawa is the last Canadian team in the east left. But we have Edmonton over Detroit. Who would have thought that would happen?

The Senators and the Devils are both a game away from falling out of the running.
Unless either of those teams can win 4 straight it's going to be a Sabres vs Hurricanes Eastern Conference.
The Oilers got themselves back in the running with a 3rd overtime win over the Sharks lastnight.

Buffalo Beat Ottawa tonight so the Senators are gone.
That leaves the Sabres to play either Carolina or New Jersey. The Devils won tonight to keep their hopes alive.
Out West, Edmonton and San Jose are tied at two games a piece and Colorado got swept in four straight games by the Mighty Ducks.
So it's likely to Carolina playing Buffao in hte East, and It's going to be good out West to see who gets to play the Ducks.
