Does everybody know the KISS rule.
My father-in-law is a expresses it all the time.
Keep It Simple Stupid.
That's how solution for people who go out of their way to complicate matters. DON'T Flub it up on us. Keep it simple and keep it stupid.
That's something I like to tell rookies. Just make the play simple don't make it look sweet, sweet doesn't work.
There's guys that add a little type of dance to the throw to 1stbase or from the outfield in. Just toss it that's all that's needed.

I have heard of that. It's good advice some of the people I work with need to learn a kiss rule. They all tend to get wrapped up in showing you how genius they are and forget to just get the job done.

I wish engineers saw things that way. I work at a General Motors dealership and a Corvette came in with a seatbelt problem and the seats have to come out to change them. That's just plain ridiculous. The other cars can have the seatbelt fed through and bolted to the floor but not the Vette.

Frankly, I never saw what the big deal was. It just seemed overplayed, overdone, and unecessarily tacky. The message sent was clear, but it wasn't the message I wanted to hear. Frankly, it contradicts the status quo I have come to accept in the area. And Gene Simmons certainly wasn't helping.

Little different definition but fair enough.

I still think that not complicating simple orders of operations is a good thing. So I believe in keeping it simple.

I think there is a balance somewhere in there. You want it simple, so it doesn't complicate hte crap outta things. But you also want it somehwat complicated so that it's not caveman-ish.

Like a ball point pen for example. It doesnt have 30 bells and whistles to write with ink but youre not dipping a feather in ink either. ;D

Sometimes people can really make things a lot harder than they really are. Some of my room mates do it a lot for instance.

But what I mean is that by doing all the drinking they do, it makes life harder for the rest of us. Especially when sleep is needed.
