I say dinner but my step-mom's family calls it supper. Then they call lunch dinner, it's horribly confusing and annoying.

I say dinner. My wife varys on that. I can't understand calling lunch dinner though, like you said that's confusing and annoying.

Definately dinner.
I always call for a dinner break not a supper break. If I called for a poononie break my staff would probably think it meant somehting dirty they're mostly grunts and gutter minds but they get their work done.
