Viper's poll of best place in America made me think about this question.
I grew up in the Northern United States. After High School I did go to college and played baseball.
I got signed to a rookie league team and a short time into that I landed a position in AA and so I moved down here.
At that time I would go home winters but had a place here while I played baseball for the summer. When Blastgirl and I married we built a house and this became my year around home.
Even though I have changed teams for the start of thsi season, this is only the second permanent home I have had.
Many of my teammates have had positions with many other teams. For my age and years of pro, I have actually not moved around all that much. Numerous guys come from South America, Dominican Republics, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Japan and Korea.
So in the larger picture, I really have moved very little.

As of right now I've only lived in one place, but I'll be moving into my dorm in Columbus sometime in August. After college, I'm not exactly sure where I'll end up.

Technically I live in a different town from my parents so that's my answer 2 towns 1 state. I still only live about 6 miles from where I grew up though.

Used to live in Half Moon Bay, nearby San Francisco, but around six years ago I moved to Tahoe. Two towns, one state.

3 States, but if you count each time I lived in the state seperatly it's like 4, with like 10 houses... lol.
New York Georgia Maryland Georgia again
And counting every move...
New York Georgia Maryland Maryland Georgia Georgia Georgia
...
lol
edit: should I vote more than 3 states? Because I lived in GA twice, moving between states, and 7 houses altogether...

New York Georgia Maryland Maryland Georgia Georgia Georgia ... lol edit: should I vote more than 3 states? Because I lived in GA twice, moving between states, and 7 houses altogether... Id say no. Its like there have been 43 Presidential office changes but since Grover Cleveland was President #22 and #24 theres only been 42 different people be President. So Id say that Georgia is only 1 state and living there twice doesnt make it 2 seperate states. Good question, though. I would say not to count it twice. I have lived in 1 house my whole life. When Im done with school I might get an apartment but I dont know yet.

I lived at home until Classic and I got Married. And even now we only live about two miles from my Family. So one City would be ny answer.

My family moved twice while I was growing up. Always Toronto though. I moved to North York not too long ago. So this is my 4th place to live. But my 2nd town. Always Ontario Province (state).
The Ontario province is bigger than any US state except for possibly Alaska.
So it would be pretty hard to move out of Ontario without moving a long long distance.

I should have said State/Province. So far nobody has lived in more than one country.

Four houses, though I only remember two in any form of clarity. Two states, NJ and CO. I'll probably be moving to Wyoming or Oregon for college next year.
