I have never been to Norway and may never get that chance.
Tell us something about Norway that most people outside your country would not know.
I for 1 would find that interesting.

hehe. now, dont get shocked... There are NO polar bears in the streets. i actually once was asked by some random american in a chatroom how I protected myself from the polar bears. Seriously though, I think we have the best weather conditions in the world, except for the winds created by our fjords. that's mainly because of the mexican gulf stream heating up the sea.

Here in Ohio we have Winter, Almost Winter, Just Past Winter, and Construction.
Really thoguh, the weather is crazy here. There was one day where it was in the mid 60's then the next day it was below freezing. Like they say.. if you don't like the weather here just wait a day.

It's like that in Ontario too. If you get much out of Toronto it becomes the sticks.

I would rather live in a quite place than a busy city. But I know a lot of people would find that more boring. I wouldn't care to live in NewYork City or anything but a lot of people love it.

Oregon most definitely. Although I live in California right now, we have a house in Oregon and about 30 acres of land. Most of the land is made up of fenced off fields, but theres also a mini oak forest with a stream running through it where you can catch frogs and snakes. Its all green and brown. The weather up there is also very nice during the summer, but it gets overcast and very very cold in the winter.

The northwest is kind of forgotten about unfortunately. Washington, Oregon and Idaho, Wyoming and Montana.
It's beautiful country though.

Unfortunately we have our share of boneheads in this country. I guess you can't have a population of 300,000 and not have some dummies. I worked on a crew of storm clean up the other guys were all from rural parts of southern states they wondered if 'yankees' ever saw 90degree temperatures. dah. Oh well.
