I just believe that there should be a new group such as spam cops or something so then the groups will each be in charge of something. I know its possible to add a new one because I have a forum. And you can limit many people's powers like from deleting posts to changing skins. I got some other member groups on my forum like appearance manager and spam control cops. Its just that some people could run out of ideas and other people can help out by suggesting then doing the change.

Sounds good.
edit: also on tm we have "temp mods" where everyone is a "temp mod" (a mod with a little less powers, also is global so we don't have to keep setting moderators for boards) for a week. For example:
Week 1 - Fonz is a temp mod
Week 2 - Classicblast is a temp mod
Week 3 - Steeler is a temp mod
If someone is a good mod for their week then if we ever need a new mod they are our first choice

Yeah... edlinfan just got G-Modded. But our board is also structured around a lot of administration, too. I don't know how well that would work here, but I'm all for it.
