some of you may already know, but Ali G/Borat/Bruno/Me is starring in a movie about Freddy Mercury's life.
I think this is an AMAZING choice. Sacha is a great actor.
Johnny depp was in line for the role, but I dont think he could come anywhere close to the look or the voice of freddy.
Anyone who has seen Borat and Da Ali G show, should recognize he is an great actor with superior talent and is perfect for this role.

Freddy Mercury's life is going to be made a movie?
It's about time he contributed a lot to the rock and roll society.
How can any championship game of any kind not begin with 'We will Rock you' and end with 'We are the Champions' Just a must for all contests. So Sacha beats out Johnny Depp for the part

I see Sacha Baron Cohen is a perfect choice to be Freddie Mercury. I think he looks just like Mercury and since he's such a great imitator in his comedy routines I think he can be a good fit for that part.

I still don't believe this, this is such a ridiculous role for him, I wonder if he can pull off Freddy Mercury, anyways Borat was the funniest movie I have seen in a while, the extras and everything made it even more ridiculous, like when he is in the supermarket in the one deleted scene, and uh what is this? thats cheese
