Leslie Neilson-Alberta Shanah Twain-Timmons Ont Michael J. Fox - Alberta Michelle Wright- North York Ont William Shattner -Montreal Que Jim Carrey Lorne Green Neil Young Keifer Southerland Donald Southerland Kenu Reeves Matthew Perry Mike Myers Carrie-Anne Moss Rick Moranis Pamela Anderson
These are only some of the famous Canadian entertainers that seem to have no mention of the fact they are from Canada. I just think it's interesting because we ride the coattails of the United States that once in a while we do contribute talent that is not hockey players.

That, and Canadian jeans ROCK. I'm gonna hafta get me some. There were a bunch of Canadian guys at camp and I got to hang out with a few of them and I noticed that their jeans were way cooler than any American jeans I'd ever seen. What is the best brand?

That's a lot.
I knew about some of those people being from Canada I didn't realize that many were.

I actually didn't know either that some of them were our native claim.
It's good to know our people do contribute to more of the arts.
I think the two most famous Canadians are Don Cherry and Wayne Gretzky.

I think we have among the world's best kept secret here.
We have just about the social freedoms of Americans and we aren't expected to be the world's big brother.
No matter what happens anywhere in the world America is expected to help or send aid be it money or personnel.
We aren't that high on the chart for that but we do have a free and convenient culture.
I have been to the states a lot of times. I took a boat to Niagra falls over the summer it was great.

Not even the Skydome?

Yeah the Skydome will but I think Rylan means outside of Toronto itself there is no other stadium large enough for the crowds that Rush draws. There's a ton of small arenas for OHL teams but they take about 7-10 thousand at the most. Ontairo outside Toronto can't really hold a Rush concert.

yeah. I mean all the arenas in norther ontario holf like 3-5k MAX, and you couldnt afford to book Rush, there would be no way to cover the cost only selling 5000 tickets. you need at least a stadium/arena that can hold about 15k to book the bigger names, one which northern ontario doesnt have.
outside of toronto, the ottawa senators arena, and the hamilton tigercats arena could prolly be used, but thats just as far for me
