Currently, my favorite bands are Therion, Opeth, and Led Zeppelin. My Lastfm page is very misleading... I've completely removed Rammstein and Apocalyptica from my library, due to boredom with the former and disgust with the latter, yet they are the third and first bands on the list, respectively. I've been on a death metal fling for a while, but I'll probably go back to listening to mainly classic rock again in a few months.
And, for once, I can say that I have a favorite song: Bleak, by Opeth. It makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up every time.

I like the music from a guitarist named Matt O'Ree, from New Jersey. He's absolutely insane with the guitar, one of the best I've ever heard.

"Counting Bodies Like Sheep To The Rythm Of the War Drums" by A Perfect Circle.
The industrial genre at it's best.

Aah, it just hit me. "Chapter of Obeisance before giving breath to the Inert one in the presence of the Cresent shaped Horns" by Nile is my favourite song title. and about 3rd place as a song EDIT: I just checked with Guinness World Records, and they claim "I'm a Cranky Old Yank in a Clanky Old Tank on the Streets of Yokohama with my Honolulu Mama Doin’ Those Beat-o, Beat-o Flat-On-My-Seat-o, Hirohito Blues" is the longest song title on earth.

My 2 year old nephew wrote a song tonight. The lyrics are simple but it is kind of catchy.
Uncle danny uncle dan dan dan uncle danny uncle dan dan dan
Not bad for a 2 year old.

Yes, nothing like some good old fashioned mid-day lovemaking. One of my favorite songs is one that holds a special place in girlfriend's and my heart. It's called Everything by Stereofuse. There are two versions - one with the full band and the other with just the singer and an acoustic guitar. Both are good, but I <3 the acoustic version.

Marvin Gaye had a fantastic song called "What's going on?" I mostly like it because of the lyrics. I'll provide samples:
Father, father, we don't need to escalate. You see, war is not the answer, for only love can conquer hate.
and later on:
Father, father, everybody thinks we're wrong. But who are they to judge us, simply because our hair is long?

I'm digging the song "uhh..." by other men. It's short, sweet, and to the point.
I also like "Taiyou no Mannaka he" by BIVATTCHEE
