I don't have any particular questions at the moment but if you have Half Life 2 this is the thread.
Also I just want to know how many people have this game for future references.

I have it for Xbox (it also works on Xbox 360).
I know the PC version is better, but even so, the game (at least the single-player) is overrated. I got it months ago, and still haven't beaten it (not because it's hard, because I haven't played). Playing the single-player is more of a chore now than an enjoyable experience.
It does have its good points, but its flaws stand out to me more than its good qualities. Half-Life 2 got the voiceovers, character models, physics, and atmosphere right. It had some problems with repetitive gameplay and not knowing what to do next and therefore being forced to scour the same part of a level for 30 minutes until you find out where you should go. That last one especially bugged me.
That's just me, though. A lot of gamers will tell you differently.

I have it for PC. With an ATI Graphics card graphics are amazing. Little details like wrinkled pieces of paper and pop cans really add to the realism. I do agree that in some points in the game there are just time fillers with not much of a point, but I overall enjoy the game better than anything I've played before.
On line is always a blast. Counterstrike is my favorite. I really sucked at first but now I think I've become more advanced.
Is Gary's Mod only for computer? Duh probably but I thought maybe somehow they got it onto a disk for xbox. But anyway Gary's mod rules! But not on line, when you do get any good server without much lag its because there's only about 2 or 3 people there.
I'm going to end here because I may be talking about what most people don't know. Unless anyone else has Half Life 2. Please say

I have HL2 for PC, and I think it's great. The graphics and story are awesome, and the physics engine is so fun to mess with.Unfortunately, I haven't played it (or any mods) in a while. I've been busy with other stuff and haven't had a lot of time.
Ammo, do you have any mods? There are soem great ones out there. Goldeneye: Source, HL2 CTF, Hidden: Source, Plan of Attack, Sourcefots, and a bunch of others roxx0rz my boxx0rz.

Sorry for the break I haven't had a chance to reply just read. Anyway this is my list in steam: Codename Gordon Counter-strike:source Darwinia Demo Half-Life 2 Half-Life 2: Deathmatch Half-Life 2: Lost Coast Half-life: Source Rag Doll Kung Fu Demo Battle Grounds 2 0.15 Garry's Mod 9 Rag Doll Kung Fu (preloaded) I personally like battlegrounds 2 and Gary's mod the most. If you don't have battlegrounds and you have good internet connection get it. It takes place in the revolutionary war, is online multiplayer, and is very realistic. Not only this but it's free. Make sure to get battlegrounds 2 though, not the first one. www.bgmod.com/ Battle Grounds gmod.garry.tv/ (Gary's Mod, if you don't have it)
