There's a few different answers the 2 I've heard the most are either a solar powered flashlight or an air powered oxygen tank.

Ive ever heard any polish jokes... ever. This kind of joke usually refers to Irish people. Example: How do you confuse an irishman? Offer him a spade and a fork and tell him to take his pick!
Another answer could be: put him in a round room and tell him to sit in the corner!
