I know lots of such people some of them are overly cautious about their body and they don't do much with their face or they put three layers of make up on but it doesn't make up for enough.

There's a joke like that about "Summer Teeth" too. That was if a person is missing teath they have Summerteeth meaning summer in and summer out.
