Actor and comedian Robin Williams died today at the age of 63. I at first did not believe it, thinking it was some kind of Internet hoax, but they are currently talking about it on CNN news. My thoughts go out to his family and friends.

His death apparently was a suicide by asphyxiation, and according to news reports he was severely depressed for a long time. He had checked himself into rehab, only to relapse once he was out. Still this is sad news indeed.

Still this is sad news indeed. I was just hearing about this. What a shame. I remember when he played Mork on television. He was Popeye when they fleshed out the cartooned Popeye too. He sure was a talent. This is tragic. |

According to recent news reports, Robin Williams hung himself. Any death is sad, but the fact that he took his own life makes it even more tragic. Movies will just not be the same without him. Rest in peace Robin Williams.

I guess Joan Rivers was hospitalized this week too and is not doing well.
