Nothing puts people in a good mood like a warming change in the weather like Spring being on the here. Too bad it had a bad effect of Phil's work schedule. They send you home last week and have the audacity to make you work a double Monday? Wow. You're right that is kind of crappy. The company would consider 1 having nothing to do with the other but that's not entirely true you're right. |

I'm sorry that happened to you, Phil. I don't think it's right that you and the other hard workers should have to pay for one guy's lazyness.

I hope they fired that guy because he deserves to be fired. Punching in with the intention for getting paid and not working those hours is the same as fraud and theft. That's the same as if you get sold a product that doesnt exist. |
