i have to say so many people are defending him saying the media tells lies so they hate celebrities. I go by evidence. some girl got mad at me for what I said and she said he was a good role model. when I think of good role model I think of Carrie Underwood. I was beyond shocked to find out the egg throwing incident damages are at $20,000.00. cocaine was found in plain view in his home and a rapper was arrested that was close to bieber. bieber has been known to drive his neighbors crazy with loud parties and speeding in a residential neighborhood where someone could get hurt. I just wonder with the amount of damages of vandalism bieber could finally be facing charges to. although it's highly unlikely because he's a celebrity.

This is not the first time he has gotten in trouble either. Obviously he is a kid even though he is on a high budget he is a very successful kid. But he is also responsible for what he does and must take that responsibility if he wants to be taken seriously. He is soon outgrowing that boyish image. When he loses that boyish charm he will just become another average singer and his glory is nearly approaching its end.
Don't misunderstand. He has been very successful, but he is 19 now and could reach has been status by or before age 25.
Said the former minor league ball player.
I think he realizes his limelight days are numbered. Maybe I'm wrong but I think he is a very average performer and that will reveal itself when he ages out of the image that made him.
Some people grow into new parts. Hunter Hayes could be a good example of that.
I hope they don't just look the other way as the law sometimes does with celebrities. He has been in trouble for outbursts like this before.
Press is all different with celebrities. Sometimes they want to degrade them and make them look bad, other times they'll pilfer information and embellish it to make for a good story. At times its even made up. When a story is told by "an inside source" or "someone close to the family" those are usually a made up story. If they don't name the source its more likely to be press conjured. Obviously as much as press breaks people they make them too. And the do so by embellishing their community works, and not reporting their wrongdoings. Press can help or hurt.
But I hope Bieber doesn't get swept to the back burner here.

If I remember my news, he was caught pissing outside not too long ago. When you gotta go you gotta go? Maybe if that was the only thing.
But then he nearly got into a fight with a stage set up person a few weeks ago at a concert and now this. No matter how successful he has no right to act like an ignorant little pisspot.
I get it in a way I roll my eyes sometimes when my 16 year old son and his friends point something out they think they have it figured out not realizing that their take on things is over simplified and doesn't really fit.
I thought I had a lot of things figured out when I was 19 too.
Most celebs are wiser this way they have a guest throw the eggs and then say 'I don't approve of that, I'll find out who is responsible an make sure that they make restitution. ' They pay that guy a little something to be the bad guy.
This kid is so arrogant he figures he is above the law since he is Justin Bieber.

i remember that it was the mop bucket in the bathroom he pissed in and the sad thing is the floor was cleaned with his piss. so gross. I remember when I went to see him in concert because a friend of mine was a big fan so I bought 2 tickets. the only song I liked which was the only one he sang 30 seconds and the concert I thought was horrible. I couldn't take all the teenagers screaming 2 hours before the show even started. I had such a headache. I also saw right before that show people got trampled when he came out on stage. I do agree with classic his time in the spotlight is running out. I really think he needs rehab for his behavior because it has been out of control for awhile. I heard one story where he called a fan a beached whale because he thought she was fat. you can't tear down the people who made you who you are. if I had a kid I would never allow them to see him in concert because paying for tickets would be adding fuel to the fire. calling a girl fat leads on the road to a eating disorder many times. people should watch what they say and not be so cruel.

That again shows the ignorance and arrogance of Justin Bieber. He wont be this popular forever because he's not that good. He has young kid appeal but that wont last forever. And when he starts turning off people these ways he will fade from center stage.

looks like he won't be going to rehab first he was arrested for drag racing and failed a sobriety test. I knew it was going to happen sooner or later. glad they arrested him he could of killed someone behind the wheel.

I heard he got a DUI. Looks like this kid is a mess. He's only 3 years older than my son and he's messed things up already. To a small extent I'd be able to say he's a kid and kids do stupid things while they're in the growing process but he has over done that.

My parents are in their early seventies. Well my father is seventy seven and my mother is I think seventy three. Well the point is they grew up with the Nelsons on TV. The Nelsons were on when my parents were teenagers and early twenties. They were always saying that Ricky Nelson was a child star and once his youth wore off he was just average and faded into the background.
That incident in 1972 where he was performing and there was booing from the crowd. The controversial thing was if he was being booed or if something was going on and that's where the boos came from. Nelson took it personally and it was probably at him not withstanding what else has been suggested. So Nelson wrote the Garden Party song to make analysis of what his career had become. He had made records that were successful and ended up not being embraced at this garden party concert.
In 1985 he was killed in a plane crash his band was baking on cocaine.
Obviously he had gone down hill professionally his band was on their way to perform at a night club for a new Years eve party.
My parents always maintained that he wasn't that good that he was a young tv personality that had youth appeal and he sold as a teen idol and wasn't good enough to maintain that as he got older and fell down the card in a way.
My father used to say "this guy's slid down the batting order" I guess he figured as if I wouldn't get it if he didn't use baseball reference.
My mother used to say that too though. That he couldn't really sing or act but he was cute. That doesn't work as well when you're thirty.
I still hit the ball at 34 but wasn't able to hang on after that so maybe that was my garden party.
I also know what its like to be booed by a crowd. I understand the frustration of being moved to the back of the order in a way.
But that doesn't mean you have the right to be a scum loser.
I think about how my parents said about Rick Nelson and I can't help but wonder if that isn't coming Bieber's way too.

Bieber still packs the house when he performs though. I don't know if his star is burning out but if he is going to act like this I hope it does.

He smiled for his mugshot. Is that for real? Does he think this is funny?
I don't know how to reply to that.

These singers become "folk hero's" to todays youth. I know several teen girls who are head over heals for Justin. Maybe it does not make sense. I remember defending Patty Duke back in the 70's . She was really a media fire storm during the 70's. This was an Academy Award winning child actor who went off the deep end as a young adult. Turns out she is bi polar and was not doing the drugs she was accused of.

I think Patty Duke eventually got her troubles sorted out. I know she was famous from young with that show where she was a high school girl with an identical cousin. And she was in a few other things
I know she still acts but is far less famous than she used to be.
I know its hard to go low key. On a lesser scale I did that. I went from playing baseball on local tv and radio and or at least being paid to play and being where you had to buy tickets to see me play to training youth baseball and selling sports goods.
But that doesn't justify acting the way any of these people do.
I can't understand the justification of some people. If I ordered something at a restaurant and it was wrong, do I have the right to make a scene? Obviously not. I played ball professionally. Playing sports is an emotional event. Adrenalin is flowing, a number of guys are depending on each other to do their job right and failure to do so can mean trouble for a whole team. Meanwhile fans sometimes tell you how you bad you suck when you make a mistake. Or when you're on the visiting team. Happens all the time. Then a human element is also part of the deal. Umpires determine whether its a strike or a ball. Their viewpoint of a 90 mile per hour pitch in a 3 foot by 17 inch area. That umpire has to determine if the ball crossed that 17 inch plate, and was between your knees and shoulders in height and if not, did your bat motion exceed a 90 degree motion. All that happens at once.
They also have to determine if a runner is safe or out and that can be close. So even if he's wrong can you kick dirt on him and call him abusive names? NO
If you do you get tossed and possibly suspended.
I played for this manager. His name is Phil Wellman. I played for him from 1999 to 2003, and again in 2008 and 2009 and even won a championship playing for him. He is a total whack job but he knows his baseball.
Well I was not in this game, the game was between a team I had played for and a team I finished my career with but I was on another team in between. This happened. My father in law is a season ticket holder and was at this game when this took place.

PS I can comment more on these things not since I am no longer a player. When I was in the league the best I was able to say is "Yeah he was upset but he's not really like that."
I might answer that different now that he isn't my manager.

That guy took base stealing to a new level. He was your manager for a time?

That guy took base stealing to a new level. He was your manager for a time? I dont mean to stir the pot. Okay, yes I do. Wellman was the manager of the Lookouts during most of Classics time here and they reconvened in Mississippi and that was Classics only championship season. While Classic might not be a huge Wellman supporter he did play successful baseball under him.

i don't know much about baseball but that is one heck of a exit. I saw the guy in the red hat laughing at the guy who was mad. I know calls are difficult to make because two sides have their versions and maybe in some cases the calls are wrong. one day I would love to go to a yankees game and watch all the action.
