my sister Sarah has been feeling weak and could barely make it up the stairs. she was taken to the doctors today at 3pm where I found out later she was taken to the hospital to stay overnight. last time something like this happened she was in there for eight days. she needed blood transfusions and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. her blood count went really know but all I herd about tonight is it's anmenia. it was really horrible watching her get all those needles and every time they said she could go home the day she should of left she had to stay and she cried like anything. I am hoping they can figure out what went wrong this time.

Oh no. Blood problems can be so tricky. Hopefully this gets sorted out quickly. A thing that makes blood problems tricky is they prescribe medication for the blood and the blood adjusts itself and eventually it ends up going too far the other way. My dad went through that. There's blood thinners but eventually the blood 'gets the idea' that it needs to be thinned and it ends up thinning too much. They reduce the dosage and then it clots a bit. Like I said I do realize this can be a tricky thing.
What's important is for her to come home when they have a solution not because she has had enough of the hospital. That happens a lot with people who have had enough confinement and they get out of the hospital and miss out on needed treatment.

they couldn't find the problem 3 years ago and the same thing is going on. they ran all kinds of tests. your right blood problems are tricky. I don't want to gross anyone out but she had a colonosphery a cat scan I think. they knocked her out to put a tube in her stomache to find the bleeding but don't know where it's coming from. she is bleeding from the rectom. she had these big bruises on her upper thighs. she wants to come home really bad because august 4th is her birthday and this had to happen. I went to visit her for 2 hours today. I will keep everyone posted and thank you for the prayers. can really use them now.

Don't rush it is the key. sometimes people feel a bit better nd they check out of the hospital because they are fell just good enough not to want to be kept in but right away they get sicker becuase the treatment hasnt had time to do its thing.

she didn't like them sticking her with iv's. they had a hard time getting blood from her for blood work. but she was glad to sleep in her own bed.

I don't think needles are entertaining to most of us. I don't undersant some people with so many tattoos, the needle would ruin the deal for me. Heroin addicts. The high must make it worth it to them. No thank you. So even shots and IVs I would rather not have them.

needles don't bother me. I have three tattoos. The two on my shoulders were not that bad but the one on my left thigh was really painful. It is hard to explain body art to people. Yes it's needles and yes it hurts but in the same line the pain feels good.

I don't particularly like getting shots or donating blood but I have done it somewhat regularly it doesn't freak me out like it does some people. But I don't love it either.
