Last night, I decided to cook a Schneider's tortiere, a traditional meat pie originally from Quebec. I ate the whole thing, then followed it up with some campbell's chunky clam chowder. I dunno which one did, but I was struck with the worst gas I've had in ages (and I was bunged up). It sounded my butt was on a celebrity kick "Braaaaaaaad" "Burrrrrrrrrrrt" "Breeeeeeeeee" "Freeeeeeeeeed" "PHillllllllllll". very loud, stinky and often. Maybe the dried apple rings I"d eaten helped out too....Probably, but we'll never know. Feeling better today, but I think I'd better stay away from that tortiere, it's killer.......

Canadian farts are more dense than American farts?
That could be interesting study. What country produces teh most potent farts?

Nah, I'd have to say South Korea (Kimchi, y'know), and India, definitely india. All those veggies, all those spices. then maybe Latin America-- France? c'est possible. Unfortunately, without a research grant, It'd be hard to categorize. I think it depends more on the person than the country
JB
and yep-fries n' gravy n' cheese curds are good-filling but good (especially with bacon fragments)
