I farted a super loud long one the other day at the same time someone walks down the hallway Angie. We haven't broke the fart barrier yet so she was like was that real and I couldn't do I could not say yeah that was me . I froze I feel embarrassed she just hurried to the bathroom to escape the shame.

Everybody breaks wind-----Ooops. I mean everybody breaks the Barrier at their own pace. I find holding gas in very painful so I like to let it out. I'm not the most mature about it but who cares? Its more fun this way.
If you admit to it, you might be surprised how honest and forthcoming about admitted farters others suddenly become. You might find the rest will fart freely too.

I am ripping a lot more at work. I have too as I get gas and get uncomfortable. So far no one but me has heard me or smelled me.I always crack a smile and sometimes giggle. ;D
