I've lived places for short amounts of time but I've mainly settled in the Chattanooga area. I spent time in Huntsville, AL, I spent a little time near Jackson Miss, Huntington, Wva, Elizabethtown, Kentucky, I was raised in Olcott, Ny. I have never lived in a big place though. Always a smaller city.

Once you've been to Bradford you'd never look elsewhere.
Here are some free samples most people pay a fortune for. NOT!

Looks good to me Phil. Alas, I love Los Angeles. Born here and will die here.I live in the suburbs like Antonio. My town is very old and historic also but we do have the same high prices as Los Angeles does.

It appears as if you have some high mountains in Bradford. Cool actually.

Oh yeah. We're only about 15 minutes from Ellicottville, NY which is a ski resort area.
Its not the metropolis by any means but its quiet. Bradford boasts Marylin Horn but she hasn't lived there since she was a child.

Bradford looks very pretty . We don't really have much rural areas in the L.A. Burbs. You have to go north to Ventura County or South to San Diego county.

Bradford seems similar to where I grew up. Newfane, NY.

Its quiet and the scenery is nice. I'm a bit outside Bradford city but the surrounding area is still Bradford address.

I've moved around briefly but to live for real only a few places. Most of my rookie league time was like being in a college dorm you share a small apartment with three or four other guys and they're playing cards, drinking beer and eating pizza til far into the night. Then they suck at practice and wonder why they got cut. I wasn't the greatest player but I did move up from rookie league ball and made a career of it until I was 34 years old.

Gravette, Arkansas is a wonderful place to live . It reminds me of watching paint dry.

I think if you're from Los Angeles or New York just about every place would seem like watching paint dry.

I think if you're from Los Angeles or New York just about every place would seem like watching paint dry. LOL! true. Not that I don't like country peace and family. I do . It is just I am used to being able to hop on a Freeway and go anywhere or do anything I want. I also crave solitude . No one knows me here . In Gravette they all knew us and our family. It was weird. ;D

This is different from the focal point of this thread. But I have often been sent to various cities. Very commonly Baltimore and Washington DC. Neither are places I would choose to live if I had a variety of choices, but both are interesting in a lot of ways. Baltimore near the inner harbor as I posted a few pictures from 1 of the times I was sent there. I end up going to Baltimore a lot.
Off topic, Maryland has a 'Marc' train which is like an Amtrack train only the service is only within Maryland.
Washington neighborhoods are anything but glamorous. There are a number of gated communities within just blocks of where the streets are in their most menacing state. Just blocks from Capital hill and the white house too.
On a work trip in Washington it was about a 4 day event I got put on duty in the 'hood' pretty much alone to work on some train shelters in the wee hours of the morning. Yeah I was a bit nervous and I don't scare easy.

Those are both interesting places like you said. DC is so bittersweet in what happens there. Its mostly a poor city except for the exclusive places that are very few like you said.
