some crazy things happened tonight. some girl called my cell phone saying her name was tina and she knows I have never noticed her but she noticed me and thought I was cute. she said she lives next door to me and got my number online. I was really freaked out and hung up. after that some other girl called on a different number and I hung up. something else happened tonight that scared me. gun shots were fired in a target store 5 minutes from where I live. I know these things tend to happen in retail but to me I just don't ever want to experience it or see someone shot right in front of me. but luckily nobody was hit so whoever shot missed. bad thing is the people got away. there's been scary stories with home invasions so I am preying they find these people tonight.

story was updated. the gun shots were not fired in the store. they were fired in the parking lot. 4 men got into a fight. they found only 1 shell casting and no blood. they said it's to soon to tell if anyone has been hit. the 2 guy's got in a black sedan and 2 others got away by foot. I am hoping they get captured tonight.

Those are scary things Angel. Do you have a neighbor named Tina? How would someone get your cell # on line? I bet it is a random prank call.Someone punching numbers and hit on yours. Do you use your name in your personal greeting? That can attract sicko flakes. . True story. My Dad used is name in our phone greeting. He recorded "Hi this is Chuck: blah, blah, blah. I come home and see there is a message so I play it. It said " Hi Chuck this is Steve I really enjoyed making love with you last night.I sure hope your wife doesn't find out about us." I played it for my dad and he said "I don't know any Steve" I said "And your not gay either!" ;D Now all we have is "Please leave a message after the beep "

i don't know any tina around here and I also don't know my neighbors. the crazy thing was she called the 1st time from 610-348-7234 which is a allentown zip called. the next number was 484-238-7340 which sounds like a cell. it doesn't freak me out that some girl called to hit on me but that she was watching me makes me wanna hide in the house lol. I don't really think the girl lives around here because why would this happen all of a sudden? I should of asked what website online she got my number because I would like to know. also the week before I got missed calls from a number I didn't know. hopefully the calls stop now. it also could of been someone I stopped being friends with and he had a girl call me just to start crap.

I would guess that the call was just what you think it was. You got someone angry and they had a girl call to upset you.
Chances are they used a cell phone they found or was lying on a desk or counter and figured if it got traced back to anyone it would be a random person who doesn't know anything about this anyway. Im sure they would not use their own phones.
If it persists report it to the local police but if its over in one night I'd just forget it and whatever you do don't let them know they upset you.
Shooting has become a problem everywhere. I was playing against some teams in the vicinity of the Beltway shootings. The happening was after the baseball season that time but it could have happened at anytime. Its not as if these guys were random shooters either. They chose their victims randomly but they were good shots and killed most of their targets.
The shooting near you if it was in the parking lot of a store it was probably a drug deal gone sour. Especially when they say four guys. Two in a car two running. Obviously its just speculation on my part but two game together for the sale and two met them for the buy. Two on foot were on one team two in the car were the other side of the deal.
That would be my guess.

after I thought about the random calls I think mostly it's a joke. I don't live near many people out here so I doubt it's anyone next door. I think your right about the drug deal in the parking lot. many people don't just show up to shop with a gun. it had to be something deeper. like money owed and was not paid or most likely what you said drug deal gone wrong. maybe they set up payment for the drugs and the guy didn't pay so the other fired a gun. luckily inocent people were not caught in the crossfire. if they fired more shots someone could of got killed over this.

Usually drug deals are made in a wide open place even though it seems as if the the people involved would want to keep it obscure they can be attacked easily or ambushed in they venture too far out of their territory.
So open parking lots of stores or restaurants that directions are not necessary. If I wanted to meet you at my house I'd have to give you my address. If I wanted to meet you at two crossroads there would still be a direction to discuss.
The easy solution would be I'll meet you at the Kmart on Market Street at 4:00 I'll be in a red Mustang. It also allows for a get away.
If there were shots fired someone tried to shortchange someone or threatened to reveal them.
If you're wondering how I know or can be so sure I played baseball with numerous guys over the years who were busted that way and were involved in similar deals.

I went through that thanks to YouTube I had some punks calling me. The thing is with the job I have it is possible to be called all hours of the night. I could be off on a Saturday but when a train derails in Kentucky or there's a flood in Dunncannon I could be called into work.
And area codes can be from anywhere. So I had these as$hojes call and bother me about the trolls blogs and other things I have up there. That was upsetting my wife.
I had to have the phone numbers traced since there's ways to change your caller id# In fact this was kind of funny but 1 of the calls was from 867-5309. lol Once I got it known that I have the ability to trace it back even from that it stopped.
Its important not to let that intimidate you into not doing things or going places. People like that are trying to create panic.

That's exactly how drug deals go down here in Southern California. Classic is 100% right. Weapons come out when the deals go sour. I know an ex associate who sold drugs from his car and also in our men's room. Just a few weeks a go someone stashed a marijuana Ciggie in a plastic camouflaged container and left it on the garden trash can, I picked it up before the recipient did. ;D I turned it into loss prevention. Public places are popular because they are untraceable. All you have to do is show up.It is ashame because there are so many families and children in public places.

Sure the public places kind of offer the dealers an out too. You can always say it was left there and you picked it up. That doesn't hold much water now days but at least it offers a lawyer a defense.
I never thought of the 'out of your territory' as Classic explained. That's really hard core.

Fortunately for me, my associate Jane saw who left the pot. Our Loss Prevention guy checked the cameras. Jane could not recognize the guy. Hopefully our Asset Prevention can. Lord! Our Wal Mart Parking lot is covered by a lot of camera's. Inside too. People who don't see them must be dumber than a bag of hammers.

Sadly baseball and drug deals are more prevalent than I wish they were. I have known so many good men from the Dominican Republics, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Korea, Japan, South American countries. They've climbed through the ranis sometimes gained ground other times they didn't make hay as a ball player but they found other ways.
There are the others though. Those that get into the deals. Running junk for some of the big lords. I have told the board's members about Pascal and how he was found shot to death in a crack house. Stupid! That kid was good too he had the talent to play major league ball.
