The WWF lost a historic figure this morning in Florida. Randy 'the Macho Man' Savage died in a car accident but had apparently heart attack while driving.
Wrestlers have a hard live and even if they do live beyond their career the routine seems to be rough on them physically. I was a big wrestling fan from about 6th grade up to my about age 25 when my life got too busy to follow it.
Its not like any other sport if you miss an episode or 2 you're behind on the storyline.
Randy Savage was among the more flamboyant wrestlers I have intimidated him in YouTube blogs. Ooohhhhh Yeaaahhhhhhh!
His gimmick was awesome too his unpredictable temper and ballistic overall way was a big draw. He was a great acrobatic athlete too.

I'm not a follower of wrestling, but still it's a terrible loss.

The Macho Man was one of the pioneers of his time. That's too bad.

"HEY, FREAKSHOW! WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING?! I GOT YOU FOR 3 MINUTES!! 3 MINUTES OF...PLAAAYYTIME!!" - Randy Savage as 'Bonesaw'.
That's my favorite quote that I use quite a bit at work. Mostly just shortened to "Hey! Freakshow!"
Randy was one of the best - a legend. I would say he's number 2, behind Hulk Hogan. Hogan revolutionized wrestling into the showmanship "sport" that it is today.
Sometimes, I'll call my current warehouse co-workers "Hulkamaniacs" but, since they're all about 20 years old I usually just get blank stares....
