i read a story on aol that was so sad. some lady drove her car into the hudson river along with her 4 children. the 10 year old boy was able to swim to safety but the other 3 kids didn't make it along with the mother. I guess the father was cheating and she was caught in a bad situation. I know cheating hurts and I would rather take it out on myself then ever hurt someone else especially a child. when the woman drove her car in the river her last words were I made a mistake. the 10 year old said I am going to swim and get help but it was to late. that poor kid having to go through that pain in life it's just sad.

So drown the husband not the kids.
I'm not serious. I can not fathom killing your own kids. I can't imagine what the 10 year old is going through. I know I'd be feeling I wanted to do more for my brothers and sisters but there's not enough time to save them all. It was a miracle he was able to save himself.

How does someone like this get a fair trial? How does a jury listen to a case with any objective approach? How does a lawyer defend anybody who does these things?

They get trials. Remember Susan Smith and Diane Downs? They both got life but the both deserved the death sentence.

Locally, we have a woman [ironically named Joy Heaven] who (allegedly) beat her foster child into a coma and ended up killing her. Joy Heaven Google

that is the first time I ever herd a name like joy heaven. I think her last name should of been hell after what she did to the 5 year old foster child.

Joy Heaven? Sometimes the reality is more bizarre than imagination. Such a person should be beaten within inches of their life. Sickening people like that should be beaten with a blunt object painfully.

Sickening people like that should be beaten with a blunt object painfully. This shows that life really does imitate art as; Joy Heaven runs along the line of Well's novel '1984'. The MiniTrue (Ministry of Truth) is actually a Propaganda Organization. But, yeah, you can't make this stuff up.

Sometimes real life is more off the wall than art.
