I think it's good that she's not being held above the Law.
She was placed on probation for Drunk Driving in 2007. She missed meetings as part of the Probation terms.
Now its prison for up to ninety days. It might be shorter than that but I hope not. I hope Celebrity Status doesn't make her above the law any more than she already has been.

I agree I think it was a Brad Paisley song 'when you're a celebrity its adios reality.'
I think that's too often the case I think its about time they are held accountable for things. Violation of probation is valid. The probation was an amnesty measure to start with. Once you're given a break you could do well to recognize it as a break and show some appreciation. By meeting the terms of the probation and not thinking you're above it. I am glad its working out that way.

She will still have special treatment though. I think celebrities don't learn their lesson because of this, let them get a good beat down and treat them like every one else. Maybe that will have a more lasting effect.

Not only is this cokewhore still above the law in good ol' easy-on California (she's projected to serve 14 days of her 90 day sentence), she is still getting legally high IN JAIL. She has prescriptions for seven powerful drugs, which includes Adderall for ADHD and Ambien the sleep aid. Along with this, since her June 1st dental work she is also prescribed Dilaudid every single day, a prescription painkiller that is so incredibly poweful and addicting...well, let me put it in this commenting guy's hands: "Dilaudid???!!! For dental pain? ? I crashed my motorcycle, ripped my knee wide open and spun my leg around, the hospital spent 5 days picking rocks, dirt, and pine needles out of my knee joint,I spent two months in a wheelchair etc.... They gave me 2 (2!!!!) Dilaudids and wouldn't give me more because of the habit forming potential of them. Lindsay has an odd Doctor that would prescribe those things for a filling. And yeah, you feel fantasticly high on them." Yep. Legally high in jail. Guess if you want to commit a crime or seriously screw up, do it somewhere near Los Angeles. Apparently you get off damn easy.

Doesn't it make you glad you are not rich and famous? I mean, think of the hell that would be! LMBO The rest of us can't possibly know how hard the lives of the rich and famous are.
Of course, I'm being sarcastic....That's because most of have to work and scrape by all our lives---and we still manage to manage our lives better than the rich and famous do.

Its a hard life for sure. I hear you pumpkin. I'm thinking of Robin Leach intervenes here.
'Welcome to lifestyles of the dumb and arrogant. Lindsay Lohan is going to jail and I don't know why.'
