GCSEs. 2 down, many more to go. Revision? Not happened. I know I will get fairly good grades. I'm clever, but extremely lazy. I play on my xbox too much, I have great friends that I talk to on there through a headset. I strive to get in game 'achievements', useless messages that pop up on screen confirming something you have done in game. These can be challenging, funny, or easy. My most recent one was for killing an enemy with a toilet, called 'flushed'. Genius.
The past few days I have been at a camp with my church, although I have been staying at home rather than camping with the rest of the group. It has been a great time, and it was lovely to be in an environment where you could be yourself without people judging you or needing to swear constantly and be incredibly rude to fit in. All this means I have had very little time on my xbox, and now that i'm back, although I am still talking to people on it, I don't have any desire to play on it, or do anything. Including revision.
Tomorrow I shall sit a higher mathematics GCSE. Maths lessons over the past few months have been consisting of chatting and eating lunch. I got an A grade 2 years ago, and it has not progressed since then. Thank goodness for the amazing teacher I had in year 8 and 9, who I got most of my maths knowledge from. I still need to get my head around simultaneous equations and surds.
Another exciting event happened since I last posted: I got baptised. It was an amazing experience, and I felt really close to God.
Life goes on, hope you guys are all doing OK. I see Lewa posted relatively recently, which was nice to see. If he comes back again after this lull since April, say hi :)
