I was going to put this in the 'General Chat' thread but, then no one would be able to "not" look. WARNING!!!! This is just inside and starting up the left: Up the left side it got worse: You're not supposed to be growing depleted uranium and strawberries inside your colon....

Yeah, you showed me those in the PM you sent, and it doesn't look good. I hope it's nothing deadly and that you find out soon, and get treatment. By the way, I've been put off on strawberries for a while...

I have to admit you have the most creative smiles and beacons for warnings.
Seriously this is probably something that needs to be done more often and if more people went through this voluntarily less health problems would ensue as they got older. Not really saying your old youre only 4 years older than me. I mean like changing oil maintenance.

EWE.... Pirate you make my poop chute look like a water slide at Six Flags. I am no medical expert so I will not comment on what I have seen. All my best to you my friend.

I have a consultation with a gastroenterologist on the 27th which sucks but, I feel pretty good about him not wanting to "see me right away!"
Kimm: Yeah, I should have had 7 more years before I had my first one but, like you say, they probably should be done more or sooner. I even had an MRI a year ago and it didn't even come close to showing this stuff.
Thanks for the optimistic outlook, Blix. I'm feeling pretty good, now (again) and I'm hoping that I can skirt through this with a pill or two. Of course, he'll tell me to quit smoking and partaking in that tasty, tasty beer...
Beangirl: Six Flags slide is better than the Grand Canyon! Hhheeeehhehehehe!
Kevin: [Joke answer:] "I WAS IN THE POOL!!!" [Real Answer:] I didn't feel a thing. Out like a light.

Well I am glad you have a positive attitude. I am just curious to know what that green patch is.It could be lettuce or maybe a couple slices of avocado got stuck there on there way out.

Well it's good to know that the doctor didn't find your head up there.

No. Bile comes out as red on a colonoscopy. I learned that from my Gastric Doc. Those things that you said look like uranium? That is actually water droplets illuminated from the light attached to the scope. ;D When I see my pics I always think of tiny little miners going down my colon wearing hard hats and carrying a pic and a lantern.

Well it's good to know that the doctor didn't find your head up there. HA! No. My head was in the clouds at that point - I'd vacated the colon previously to allow room for the doc! Water, eh? That makes me feel much better, Beangirl. That part was making me worry the most. Now I just have to worry about the lumps - which aren't black so, I'm assuming it's not cancer.

Those are polyps my friend. Polyps are hollow pointed tumors (non malignant) that grow in the colon. They Also grow in the nose and uterus. The ones in the colon must be removed as the can become malignant. I have had two small ones removed during my colonoscopy. Yours are pretty big so I don't know what your Doc is planning.

Could the lumps just be irritation that can be cured with pills? Dang it, Beangirl, now I'm worried again!! If I have to have parts removed, can I borrow some of yours to replace it?

Don't be worried. If they do remove them you will be asleep .Again... I am not a medical doctor. Just a smart arse My Mom died of colon cancer so I wanted to learn everything I could about why she died . Anywho.. You can have any part you want pirate.Except my brain. I have so little of it left. ;D

Oh, that's what that mushy, black stuff you were poking with a stick was, eh? I will not worry until after Thursday. Thanks, Bean.
