The way its presented in that letter looks pretty good I'd still need to be more informed about the other details but that letter looks encouraging.

Uhm....that's already a Federal Law - since, like, 1796...
It would be like Barry saying: "Now, parents can sit with their children during dental exams!" [and everyone bows and kisses his jewel encrusted hand.]
This letter is a sideways tactic to allow gay couples to visit partners in the hospital "Intensive Care" units.
I'm not impressed.
