An eagle caws in the distance as the wind picks up from the distant faltering storm.

Two men approach each other on the hills of the Highlands.

They face each other, swords drawn.

They take a stance! Blades raised.
Suddenly, they stop;

"Hey, is that a Giddeon collectible?", asks Lewa.
"Why, yes, it is.", says I.
"I saw that in last months' mag.", says Lewa, "but, I couldn't afford it."

We drop our guards and near on another.

"Is it really that heavy?", Lewa asks.
"It's about 5 pounds", I say, lifting the blade for him to examine.
He takes the blade, swinging it to and fro.
"It's a quality piece", handing it back.

"Thank you", I say; sheathing.

"Can I ask you something?"
"Sure."

~Here we go:
Cross em, bring one under, make a loop with one, loop around the base of that loop with another, and uh.....*goes to tie a shoe*
Ah! Then you grab the part of the new loop that has the end of the string on it, and pull it under it's other half to form an even newer loop. Tug the midpoints of the newest and oldest loop to a taught state.

"Taught" is a good state to be in.

9. What color is the car you last rode on top of?
....Green I think. No, blue. Blue definitely.

Not creepy. Perhaps a housefly was at your 2 O'clock, 45 degrees up at that second....
In that circumstance, you'd be aware of it and have vanquished it by now.

What inspired this forum originally anyhow? I can tell you it was Classic who asked me to join but what encouraged you to make the forum to start with?

I like this forum too. It's kind of addictive. I can take credit for Phil, and Sizzlepop joining. I don't know how many others but I sent as many invitations as I could when Lewa put this together.

This forum has been a life saving place for me, as well.

Being that I was on Farts.com and had that taken away - and every other forum is usually filled with trolls and 12 year olds (no offense, Ensign Jason) I was getting kinda lonesome.

Also, the big switch from a first to second shift job a few years back kinda isolated me from having "normal" friends.


.....I 'was' going to make an apologetic argument about "Lewasite members are 'normal' but......then I realized exactly "who" I was talking about, here! LOL!...



Anyway, you guys keep me sane. No matter how crazy/insane/vengeful I get.
For that, I thank everyone here! - and especially Lewa; for starting the whole process!
