Interesting concept. I like the approach on fiscal conservative and efficient.

I suppose that's because I'm all about getting it done and I don't care for roadblocks. I have always believed if more people concintrated their energy on getting things done instead of coming up with roadblocks in the form of reasons why it can't happen they could all be shocked how much can really happen in a short time.
