I'm not drunk I did that because that's how high school kids write today.
I'm home from a weekend of my 20 year high school reunion. Last night was a dinner get together. This afternoon was a picnic and tonight they actually recreated the prom.
Most of you know I'm of a doubtful nature so I didnt' think that would happen but I got into the spirit. I rented a white Tux, with a red tie and trim. I wore the same hat I wore at my original senior prom, and the cane and white gloves.
At my original 1989 prom my father allowed me to use a white Cadillac Eldorado convertible. That car has long been sold, so this time I used his white 63 t-bird.
My wife was concerned about being windblown in the convertible but I reminded her that there's nobody to attract.
I'm just kidding I'm married 13 years to a very lovely lady.
They recreated it well. I really felt 18 again. My knees and back are reminding me right now that I'm not. lol
The music was perfect, and the event was well attended. I'll post more later.

I doubt I'd ever go to one. It's nice you had fun though.

I don't think I was quite this sore the 1st time. But then again I was 18.

You seem like you're still quite the partier Phil.
I will have my 10 year next year I can't believe it's already been almost 10 years. Sorry if that made you feel old Phil.

Phil, I think you would be the life of the party. I bet you still are.

Yeah I'm pretty wild I guess.
I have to admit that was pretty fun I wasn't sure I really wanted to go at first. But the music was perfect it was exactly the same with 1 exception.
They did play Kid Rock's 'All Summer Long' Which makes sense because the song starts off 'it was 1989' and that was our year.

PICTURES!! PICTURES!! PICTURES!!!
I can speak for all my fellow Lewasitians; We need to see Phil in his white tux at his reunion!!
.....though, I'm still waiting for the "Blond Phil" photo-slash-video......
I wore motorcycle chaps to my 10 year reunion. I wowed so many people that I got 15 marriage proposals.
....too bad none of those cheerleaders were under 250lbs, anymore......

I'd be so scared of a white tux and getting it messy.

Glad to hear that you had fun. I've got a while until my 10 year high school reunion, but I still see some of the people I graduated with around town. A lot of the people who were popular are not as good-looking as they were in high school.

A lot of the people who were popular are not as good-looking as they were in high school. Alot of people at my school who were popular weren't for good reasons. I hope they all fell flat on their faces, or became ugly fat slobs. I don't really see anyone I knew back from high school, just here and there.

Now a lot of the snobby girls who were popular have 2 kids by two different dads. Nice.

I didn't go to my ten year reunion. I just didn't. Not because I didn't want to but I live far away and it was in the summer and that's kind of when I'm at my busiest.
Obviously I echo everybody else I can see Phil as the life of the party.

I got you by a year Phil I was class of 88 and I did go to my 20th last year. My reunion wasn't as exciting as your appears to have been though.

The reunion committee did a good job. Funny enough the 2 guys who headed it were not much about school at the time.
They were always in summer school. In fact, they had 'class of 89 1/2' put on their rings. Their parents didn't think that was too funny.
