Some drunk was pulled over for not wearing pants in the car and claimed he lost them. Yeah right. It reminds me of another story, and I can't find an article, of a story I heard on a morning radio show.
A letter was sent in from a girl who was part of a field trip on a bus. On the road stopped some creep was next to them, and the kids noticed he wasn't wearing pants either. He then peed in a cup and threw it at the window of the bus. The driver was trying hard to tell the kids not to look, but that drew more attention to it. The most disgusting part was when he decided to, in the girl's words, have a "hand party" and drove away. She said she hoped he crashed into a ditch and set on fire. I don't blame her. The sad thing is they did call the cops and nothing would be done.
