Anybody who gets tattoos on their face is either emotionally disturbed or just a plain old dumbass.
Seeing pictures of her, I wouldn't be surprised if she did this on purpose. And judging by the appearance of the artist (I saw the video), there's more than enough dumbassery flying around that area for something like this to happen.

What I really don't get, is what possesses people to get a tattoo on their face. They're just a dumbass in my opinion. I hope that girl doesn't want a job at a serious place in the future. I honestly can't take someone with a face tattoo seriously.

I don't understand that either. And she supposedly fell asleep during that? How can you sleep through being tattooed? I don't know what the laws about being tattooed as a teenager in Belgium are but they're not that strict here. Obviously there's a minor or adult clause but it's not as if you can't find somebody to do it in spite of age.

I'm sure Phil wasn't serious about that. I can't imagine two things. One, why would anybody want their face tattooed? I'm not interested in tattoos at all but I can understand some tattoos in select places of something that's meaningful. Stars on your face means what? And your face is permanently marked up. Second: This Tattoo parlor owner needs to have a signed disclaimer whenever someone has something unorthodox done.
Just wise to make sure there's no misunderstanding or it's not down to your word against someone else's.

Tattoos are one thing but that is crazy, I know alot of people who have tatoos some meaningful and some pointless but this guy is a nut. Good luck getting a job and having people take you seriously in life.
